About the Founder/ CEO
Crystal Golden, Founder and CEO of Allergy Lifestyle Mom, is a caring advocate and mom of three children with over ten combined food and environmental allergies. Her family’s personal journey navigating these challenges inspired her to create a mission-driven platform that empowers and uplifts other parents walking a similar path.
Drawing from lived experience, Crystal understands the fears, frustrations, and emotional weight that come with allergy-safe living. She channels that understanding into providing families with practical tools, resources, and a supportive community, making day-to-day allergy management safer, simpler, and more confident.
Known for her warmth, empathy, and authentic leadership, Crystal has built a trusted space where parents feel seen and supported. Her vision extends beyond just managing allergies—she is committed to helping families thrive with safety, confidence, and joy, ensuring that no parent feels alone on this journey.
